Activities of Sokrat Asset Management Company in the area of private equity are primarily aimed for investment in the authorized capital of dynamically developing, promising Ukrainian companies working in different branches of economy, in order to ensure growth of their capitalization.

Sokrat invests funds in obtaining a considerable holding of shares or interest in the authorized capital in the amount from blocking to controlling. The company aims at playing an active role in the development of portfolio companies by providing strategic and financial resources.

We build partnership relations with owners and management of project companies and consider this factor as one of the governing conditions of investment. We strive for creating such working conditions in which company management will acquire maximum personal interest in success of the business.

Volume of investments in individual project amounts to USD 1,000,000 through 10,000,000. The amount of investments may vary depending on the size of the company, development dynamics of the industry in which the company operates, as well as the position occupied by the company in its market segment. Investment horizon is from 3 to 5 years.
